This Privacy Policy explains how Forecast by Anomaly ("Forecast", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use useforecast.cc and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, home address, password, date of birth, and — where required for identity verification or withdrawal processing — government-issued ID or other KYC documentation, and bank or payment account details.

Information generated by your use of the Platform: wallet balance, deposit and withdrawal history, market participation and positions, referral activity, leaderboard standing, support requests, and in-app notifications.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, log data, approximate location derived from IP, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Create and maintain your account and wallet;
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and market transactions;
• Verify your identity and eligibility, and prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse;
• Operate features such as the leaderboard, referrals, and notifications;
• Respond to support requests sent through the Platform, email, or Discord;
• Send service communications (such as transaction confirmations and security alerts) and, where you have opted in, product updates;
• Monitor, secure, and improve the Platform, and comply with our legal obligations.

We share information only where necessary, with:

• Payment processors and banking partners, to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers, where KYC checks are required;
• Service providers who support our infrastructure (for example, hosting and analytics), under obligations to protect your data;
• Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forecast, our users, or the public; and
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the Platform's functionality.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We may retain certain records for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which the information is deleted or anonymized.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also take care to protect your account credentials.

The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app notification or an update to the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
